Thank you  considering our handcrafted items!  Please note that each piece is meticulously crafted by hand, which means it may not be flawless or identical to mass-produced items.    This is an item that you are creating with our instruction.   

Thank you for purchasing from us or joining our workshop.     Although we pay incredible attention to detail and only self finished pieces that we would be proud to own, minor blemishes may occur due to the nature of working with resin.   If you have a problem, please contact us immediately.     

These products are made with two-part epoxy resin.    When two parts are mixed together, air bubbles are created.  We strive to minimize these as much as possible, but it is impossible to completely eliminate air bubbles.    These are hand-made projects, not mass produced.    

We use high quality resin but all resin can yellow over time.  To help prevent this, keep resin products out of direct sunlight and away from high heat.

We conduct thorough quality checks as we  walk you through the process and as we produce products. To ensure that each item meets our standards of craftsmanship and durability.   Your piece is handmade by you and will have its own individuality as you do.   It is not meant to look like something mass produced in  China.   It’s your piece of art.       Please note handmade items are crafted with care and attention to detail.    However, due to the unique nature of  each piece and the artisan process involve d, we kindly request that customers understand that we may not be able to accommodate returns or repairs unless absolutely necessary.   

Handmade items often showcase unique characteristics Such as slight variations  in color, texture, or shape.   These contribute to the charm of handmade and the individuality of the piece and the person who makes it.   

Despite our best efforts to achieve perfection, handmade items may exhibit minor imperfections.  They do not compromise the quality or functionality of the product, but rather add to the handmade appeal.
